Arizona Tourist

Welcome to my site for the Arizona Tourist.

Join us as we explore the wonderful southwestern state of Arizona. From Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon down to Chochise Stronghold in the south, there are many facets of Arizona to explore.

Probably my favorite is rockhounding. With the volcanic history and easy access to rocks, there's a lot of fun to be had. I just need to get another tumbler.

I've been to Arizona many times and I've explored many areas in Arizona, and I'm not sure which is my favorite. Of course, the time of year makes a huge difference. The south is uninhabitable in the summer (except along the Colorado River), the Grand Canyon region starts shutting down in October.

It may take a while to post all the photos and information I've collected, but for now you can find local lodging with our motel listings.

We'll also cover major events like the huge RV extravaganza in January Quartzsite.

If you're an Arizona Tourist also we'd love to hear from you. Stay tuned for an opportunity to get paid for sharing your experiences.

Welcome, have fun, and we'll see you again.
