Our moderately priced innovation for long-stay travelers, TownePlace Suites offers uncomplicated residential living in a townhouse community with your budget in mind. The TownePlace Suites Scottsdale is located ten miles northeast of downtown Phoenix and just one block from Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital. Complimentary transportation is provided to and from the Mayo Clinic Hospital 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.*All suites now feature complimentary high speed Internet access! Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with work desk. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining and work areas. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, one full bath and furnished living room with dining and work areas. Some studios have a sofa bed and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Pets are allowed with USD 75 non-refundable cleaning fee plus USD 10 per day up to a maximum daily charge of USD 100.
