 Echo Canyon trail is a popular hike through different rock formations. This trail forms a loop with Hailstone Trail down into the canyon. Here the trail sign directs you to:

A view out from Bonita Canyon Drive. The quick uprise of these volcanic mountains give great views out across the desert and to other volcanic formations. 
I just liked the reflection off this rock. There a variety of colors here, but silver wasn't one I was used to seeing in the southeast. 
Here you can see hoodoos (yes, that's the technical term) in the distance. Plenty of these to be seen on the walk.
